• Represented an attorney who sued a banker for defamation based on untrue statements that attorney was soliciting bribes on behalf of client.  Jury found for client for $2.2 million dollars.

• Represented a physician who sued an insurance company and its third-party administrator of claims based on untrue statements that doctor had committed malpractice.  Case settled favorably for physician after judge ruled in summary judgment that the statements were false.
